You can return items within 14 days of receiving them. All returns must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition with tags attached—otherwise, they won’t be accepted.

How to Return:

1. Click [Another Girl Returns Centre] and enter your order number.
2. Choose to refund, exchange, or get store credit (we’ll add 15% extra if you choose store credit!).
3. Drop off your parcel at the post office using the Royal Mail label or QR code. Keep your receipt until your return is processed.

• £4.50 will be deducted from refunds to cover Royal Mail return costs.
• International customers: Use our returns portal but arrange your own shipping.

Processing Time:

Returns are processed within 10 working days of receiving your parcel. The refund method selected in the portal cannot be changed after submission.
